Dressy stores for more petite teens? - petite dressy dresses
I am 18 years old, 5'0 tall, about 110 pounds. It seems that all the shops are for women size elegant and / or older women (eg, Dress Barn, Talbot). It bothers me. Can anyone recommend something? Boutique brand preference (eg, expression of the Limited). I HATE: Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Rave, and .. the hardware seems really good for me.

Since you are a better quality - definitely check out department stores: Nordstrom, Dillard's, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, etc. have all departments of the guidelines for younger styles.
Yes, I know what you mean! I'm 16 and I'm 5'1, I can not help you because I'm from England, and if so stores they have not!
