Who administers Hughes Aircraft Systems Retirement Plan? - raytheon aircraft parts

The company was bought by Raytheon, I believe. It was the division of the hybrids.

In research, it seems, Jacobson v. Hughes Aircraft Co. Hughes said the payments to the pension, after purchased by exposing them to the General Motors Corporation in 1987, is often cited in case law. He even went before the Supreme Court of the United States in terms of surplus pension funds (why Hughes in his payments).

But there was another sale of Hughes Aircraft Co., to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., in 1996/1997, and the transferred employees had transferred their pension.

But on the timeline http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hughes_Airc ... It seems that the remains of Hughes Raytheon Aircraft was built in 1997. But I do not know whether the provision of Hughes Aircraft had a different name, as I do not see that the breakdown in the list of controlled Raytheon plans here: http://www.raytheonretirees.org / goals.ht ...

And yes, it seems that Hughes has a few problems with pension plans did not separate well, which sells its products to other companies:

So you have some field work to do ... You may want to try some of the research tools of the pensions and retirement:

It is better to try to find the former state pension if the person worked there, trying to find an account number at the beginning. If possible, try to find some former co-worker who wants to know where the contacts, or a union representative, if any.

It is the heartbreaking story of a former Hughes Aircraft test pilot about his pension Wall Street Journal: "If the pensions can pass into other hands, retirees lost in shuffle - Mergers liability shift
To be paid, with old, confused, in the case of a problem - "Please pay for everything you get"
By Ellen E. Schultz, a reporter. InAcquired section, the Board of Mr. Ackerman of Ratheon manage contract with Hewitt Associates, LLC.

Good luck, and hopefully not by what Mr. Ackerman has done!
