In research, it seems, Jacobson v. Hughes Aircraft Co. Hughes said the payments to the pension, after purchased by exposing them to the General Motors Corporation in 1987, is often cited in case law. But there was another sale of Hughes Aircraft Co., to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., in 1996/1997, and the transferred employees had transferred their pension.
